  • $3,000 for our monthly base price for 2,000 calls
  •  Subsequent calls over 2,000 monthly priced at $1.70 per call
  • 1-time, $995 set-up fee

After Hours

  • After business hours only
  • $500 for our monthly base price for 200 calls
  • Subsequent calls over 200 per month priced at $2.50 per call
  • 1-time, $995 set-up fee

  • Non-stop service
  • $3,000 for our monthly base price for 2,200 calls
  • Subsequent calls over 2,200 monthly priced at $1.50 per call
  • 1-time, $995 set-up fee

How We Work for You

  • Call Agents: We employ experienced, full-time staff who can handle incoming calls, and different emergency situations, as they arise.

  • Script-Based Responses: Our call agents follow scripts designed by your office, ensuring calls are handled according to your needs.

  • Workflow: We can manage appointment scheduling, refill requests, billing queries, and gather necessary information and then forward messages to the appropriate person within your clinic.

  • Call Routing: Patient calls are either forwarded to our experienced call agents or routed automatically to your in-house agents.

  • PMS & EHR Updates: PCCs are trained to update the office's practice management system and EHR, as needed, with relevant patient information.
